Spring is almost here! Finally, the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, the smell of fresh cut grass is in the air, and we can feel the sun on our skins. What does the spring season, with its mindfulness for new beginnings, means to you? To most of us, spring represents hope and a chance to embrace the positive energy surrounding us.

How to start over with mindfulness: Here are some great tips to take full advantage of the Spring Season:

  • Get outside: Take advantage of the warmer weather and longer daylight hours by spending time outside. Go for a walk, hike, bike ride, or just sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.
  • Eat fresh, seasonal foods: Spring is the perfect time to start incorporating more fresh fruits and vegetables into your diet. Try incorporating more salads, smoothies, and fresh juices into your daily routine.
  • Stay Active: Regular exercise can boost your mood and energy levels. Take advantage of the warmer weather by trying new outdoor activities like jogging, yoga, or playing sports.
  • Practice mindfulness: Spring is a time of renewal and growth. Take a few moments each day to practice mindfulness, meditation, or deep breathing to help reduce stress and increase focus.
